About

Economist by education (studied at Bocconi, ESADE and LSE). Manager by evolution (started as a young analyst ending up to CEO and Director positions). In energy by chance (in 1999 I aimed to write a thesis on immigration policy, but my professor made me discover the energy markets instead). That unexpected turn shaped a career that today spans over 20 years across energy trading and sales. My career has evolved at the intersection of strategy, execution, leading complex teams and transformation projects in sales, trading, and energy solutions. I believe in the power of data and integrated thinking to drive business decisions. But I also believe in people: I’ve always worked to build inclusive, learning-driven organizations, with a strong sense of purpose. My leadership style is grounded, forward-looking, and people-centered, with a deep focus on culture and motivation as key drivers of performance. I’m passionate about behavioral economics, organizational change and the future of work. I'm intrigued by how decisions are made – in markets as well as in teams. I often share thoughts on these topics through my LinkedIn content, reflecting on the transitions – both human and energy-related – we are navigating. My goal? To keep creating value in the energy sector, leading impact-oriented and sustainable organizations where strategy and culture grow together.
