Main Achievements: o Successful installation of 5 plants (155 MW) in 5 cities in Tunisia within 4 weeks of having signed the contract – 2013. o Decommissioning and demobilization of 7 plants and 6 plant satellites (173.5 MW) in 5 different cities in Angola within 4 weeks, against 220 days standard, creation of new standard of company planning, with 1.7 MMUSD vs. a budget of 9 MMUSD – 2013. o Reached 101% of energy produced in Côte d'Ivoire vs. contract against 65% of the nearest competitor, with a continuous improvement of plant KPIs and a reduction in OPEX of 50% – 2013. o Increase in productivity of the Power Plants in Angola from 63% to 98%, reorganizing and enacting improvements in the local maintenance centre without any impact on either the OPEX or CAPEX – 2012.
