Additional Strategic Assignment o Management of a team of 50 collaborators (8 direct reports). o Responsible for the PMC Management of a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and FEED Endorsement of the CEYHAN PDH-PP Investment Project (1.7 BUSD) for CEYHAN Polipropilen Uretim A.S. (JV Sonatrach / Ronesans) for a large-scale integrated greenfield propane dehydrogenation plant (UOP technology) along with a polypropylene plant (Basell technology) to produce 450.000 tons/year of polypropylene, along with the necessary off-site, utility and marine facilities in Adana, Turkey. o Relationship with investors, partners and leadership in the guidance, coordination and synchronization of the professional contribution of several specialist consultants. o Follow up, control, troubleshooting, conflict management and decision making. o Risk management. Main Achievement: Recovery and delivery of the polypropylene production plant project from propane in Turkey, successfully completed within the deadline and with a profit of 13% against the proposal forecast of 10% – 2020.
Reporting to the Head of Operations | Management of a team of 219 collaborators (8 direct reports) | Responsible for the management and operations of Power Plants (over 200 MW) in West Africa. o Responsible for profit and loss (P&L) and for developing the operational strategy. o Client management and negotiations with contractors and subcontractors. o Estimates, planning and optimization of schedules. o Optimization and control of operations and development of the operations team. o Diagnosis and solution of complex problems through the development of advanced planning. o Implementation of the application of a range of continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma and TPM tools). Main Achievements: o Successful installation of 5 plants (155 MW) in 5 cities in Tunisia within 4 weeks of having signed the contract – 2013. o Decommissioning and demobilization of 7 plants and 6 plant satellites (173.5 MW) in 5 different cities in Angola within 4 weeks, against 220 days standard, creation of new standard of company planning, with 1.7 MMUSD vs. a budget of 9 MMUSD – 2013. o Reached 101% of energy produced in Côte d'Ivoire vs. contract against 65% of the nearest competitor, with a continuous improvement of plant KPIs and a reduction in OPEX of 50% – 2013. o Increase in productivity of the Power Plants in Angola from 63% to 98%, reorganizing and enacting improvements in the local maintenance centre without any impact on either the OPEX or CAPEX – 2012.

Main Achievement: More than doubled the annual turnover of the Kazakhstan branch, from 13 to 28 MlnEUR, doubling the number of contracts within 2 years – 2010/2011.
