Sales Responsibilities: Design-in, sales and supply process for dedicated customers in automotive and home appliance markets. Analyse, promote and support sales & marketing of dedicated products. Regularly report the status of the various design-in projects, as well as other major issues at customer. Make quotes and price indications in coordination with Product Marketing. Responsibility of budget achievement for selected accounts and on time system updates. Search for additional, not planned, sales possibilities for existing and new innovative products. Build up and cultivate relations on all level at customer side. Work in a proactive way to establish good relations with internal and external customers. Work in accordance with existing goals agreed with management. Local Marketing Responsibilities (Region Italy) for Sensors (Temperature and Pressure): Define new products and identify new market requirements. Keep contact with central marketing, exchanging views and opinions on needs of new products, taking the input received from local sales organization. Keep contact with Product Development in the plant to follow up key projects. Provide technical support to the local sales organization; joint visit with sales to direct accounts. Support to local Distis (visits, product trainings). Be responsible to release prices to local level (direct accounts / local Distis); marketing responsibilities for some European Accounts (Automotive / Home Appliances). Prepare and manage Business Reviews; be responsible for local budget achievement of the product line sensors. Responsibilities and duties as Local Quality Manager and IT coordinator: Process review and implementation at local level. Manage the internal and external audits. Prepare and analyse the Quality Management Review Report. Analysis of local KPIs and Vendor Ratings of local major accounts of local office. Review quality processes as internal auditor. Implementation of IT policies issued by central IT dpt.
