Responsible for local implementation of Air Liquide Group Industrial rules and policies, approval of operational credits (20 M€/year) and technical/project support to Plant Operations. Local Industrial Direction consists of 30 people including technical experts, project managers, reliability engineers, asset managers and energy optimisation engineers.
In charge of day to day Operations and Projects for the Northern pipeline Network extending over 2200 km throughout Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg. Gases transported are O2, N2, H2, Ar and CO. Yearly operating budget in the range of 10M€.
Managing Pipeline Operations in the Benelux and the Operation Control Center. OCC is the central dispatching in charge of optimizing the global OPEX of the different Air Liquide plants in the Benelux. In 2010 OCC went from normal office hours to a 24/7 operation.
Head of two identical projects executed in France & Belgium for a Spanish glue producer. Total budget of 60M€.
Coordination of technical work allowing to define a precise solution and the associated budget, for large size Air Separation Units. Worldwide coverage.
