Passionate for Energy Processes design, realization, validation: heat pumps, gas turbine, gas compression stations. I like getting my hands dirty and get things done till they are really done. This attitude helped me over the years to boost motivation and passion through project teams and bring solid results to the business. After graduating with distinction in Mechanical Engineering, I worked 20+ in the Energy sector (Alstom, GE, MAN Energy Solutions), covering following roles with strong results: - Development Engineer and System Integration Lead (process thermodynamics, automation, protection). - Project Manager Product Development (customer specific upgrades for large thermal power plants worldwide and from sales to site validation; gas turbine product innovation from design and modeling to prototyping and testing). - Project Manager Project Execution (commercial and technical responsibility for large gas compression projects with up to 70 MEUR value). - Engineering Manager with direct people responsibility (gas turbine thermomechanical analysis, multidisciplinary and multi-location). I own since 2006 a PMP (project management professional) certificate and had the chance to work productively along Lean and Agile frameworks.
. 18 large gas compression skids delivered in 4 years. 8 different customer specific designs with electrical motors, gearboxes, compressors, control and auxiliary systems. For our customers MODEC, Yinson and BWO . working multilocation at MAN-ES and together with our suppliers Rockfin, Avicomp, VOITH, RENK, ATB, WEG, IMI CCI, Severn and many more
