Whole responsibility of BID and Contract Management for Italian Customers, through the coordination of 11 resources, with following major tasks : 1. Team coordination 2. Tenders management (also tenders for Public Adm.) >> about 300 per Y 3. E2E responsibility across the whole BID and delivery process 4. Account management support
E2E Contract management for Italian customers (new and regional operators) having also the responsibility of a team of six resources. Managed +20 customers and +10 contracts
