GIOVANNA LA PIANA She has been in the film business since 1996, working on free-lance basis for some of the most important production companies in Milan and in Rome. Making base in Sicily, she then moved on to television commercials, feature film, photo shoot and documentaries working within the production management at different levels and with the most challenging italian companies among televisions, production companies and events organizations. Since 1996 she has developed an important knowledge and their territorial jurisdiction in all of Sicily (including the smaller islands of the Mediterranean) of Calabria, but also of Campania and Puglia, offering the best possible information on location conditions, access, local contacts and anything else needed to make a shoot go smoothly. She, also, moved in Rome, between 2006 and 2011, that has serviced in quality of Production Manager, among others, Globe Films S.r.L. for the feature Film "Milano Palermo – Il Ritorno" starring Giancarlo Giannini and Raoul Bova and Heles Film Production S.r.L. for the feature Film “Le ultime 56 ore” starring Gianmarco Tognazzi and Luca Lionello, both directed by Claudio Fragasso. In 2012 she moved back to Sicily. She is currently based in Catania (where she lives) and Palermo (where she has a second base). Today she works in all SOUTH ITALY thanks a strong set experience, excellent organizational skills, very good communication skills helped by a natural ability to broaden interpersonal relationships and with good intuition for problem solving. She is 37 years old.
