During my internship, I contributed to strategic projects involving new technologies, service development, digital transformation, and sustainability.
As Pedagogy Director for the Biology area, I played a key role in aligning academic initiatives with the broader goals of the student organization. I facilitated communication across departments to identify and respond to specific needs, mediated conflicts between students, faculty, and administrative staff, and co-led strategic projects aimed at improving the educational experience. My work contributed to a more cohesive and responsive environment, enhancing both internal collaboration and the overall development of the entity.
At FGV Global, I collaborated with the HR team to restructure the organization’s selection process — from identifying areas for improvement to implementing a more efficient and transparent system. This initiative streamlined recruitment and enhanced the candidate experience. I was also responsible for collecting performance feedback and delivering it constructively to team members, contributing to individual growth and team development.
During my 3-week internship, I got to know the ins and outs of various areas of the company, such as Marketing, Foreign Trade, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing
