Conducted extensive research, analyzed social media for brands and their competitors, and proposed growth strategies. Assisted in creating consumer trend reports, won an intern competition, and presented our analysis and creative ideas to top-level executives. - Led two top-performing team projects, securing winning two consecutive competitions among intern groups voted by IZEA’s Client Service leadership. - Collaborated across multiple teams and stakeholders, including sales, paid media, partnerships, content & creator partnerships, to analyze consumer trends data and give recommendations to account managers about influencer content ideas which led to winning proposals with client brands. - Contributed to campaign pitch preparation, by conducting extensive research and offering strategic insights that directly led to securing client deals valued from $100,000 to $250,000. - Increased campaign performance by suggesting good quality content ideas based on extensive research about social media trends and consumer behavior for existing brand client accounts. - Developed 10 client-facing reports to assist with campaign pitching, focused on themed and seasonal activations, through in-depth industry research, identification of key social trends, and provision of influencer recommendations and content ideas aligning with the report's theme. - Tracked and quantified campaign engagement by establishing influencer benchmarks, and compared campaign content performance to these benchmarks using Excel and Tableau, leading to comprehensive data analysis and actionable insights.
- Oversaw the successful recruitment and onboarding of four interns and led a diverse team of five interns from different nationalities to conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and social media strategy and content creation about ways to improve hybrid education during the COVID-19 pandemic. - Assisted with the promotion of 3 webinar series about commonly untaught skills that attracted 86 participants by developing a social media strategy focused on Instagram, LinkedIn, and influencer marketing. - Aided with the design and promotion of a Master Class for 30 participants about virtual education alongside Professors in partnership with InSpace to experience an online platform and get reviews from a larger student population to know and test the best online practices.
- Promoted a survey and obtained over 1,000 responses by reaching out to professionals in higher education via email and through the use of organic social media content. - Initiated a social media presence and grew it by 98% by creating and developing over 50 pieces of engaging and visually appealing content for social media, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousel posts, over five months. - Developed a content calendar and created posts by using Canvas, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
