I led a strategic HVAC-IoT pre-development project, coordinating multiple international teams to define and validate future heating system architectures based on SOME/IP, enabling event-driven communication and over-the-air updates for a Yocto Linux gateway. This included evaluating containerization methods such as Docker and LXC. Additionally, I took on the role of Functional Product Owner for key initiatives, including Identity Management with Salesforce integration and the migration of customers to a new IoT platform.
