I’m Giorgos Zografos, a Manufacturing Engineer at ASML with a strong foundation in industrial and mechanical engineering, and a passion for optimizing complex systems in high-tech environments. My academic journey began at the Technical University of Crete, where I earned a 5-year Engineering Diploma in Production Engineering and Management. This multidisciplinary program gave me a solid grounding in both industrial and mechanical engineering principles. I later deepened my expertise with a Master’s in Operations Management and Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology—an experience that broadened my perspective and led me to pursue a career in the Netherlands. Professionally, I’ve worked across the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to sustaining engineering. At Frencken Europe, I supported high-tech clients like Thermo Fisher Scientific and ASML, focusing on process optimization, tooling, testing, and engineering change management. Now at ASML, I contribute to the development and reliability of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment in one of the most advanced tech environments in the world. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I enjoy working in cross-functional teams, solving technical challenges, and learning from diverse perspectives. Outside of work, I’m a social and active person who enjoys basketball, cooking, gaming, and good conversations over a beer.
