Leading RAD AI’s cross-functional speech experience initiative, from speech-to-text and ML integration through cloud deployment, validation, and intelligent UX. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Shaping the technical product roadmap for RAD AI’s speech recognition experience. ▪ Driving development across speech-to-text, model integration, voice activation, segmentation, and UX (text insertion, cursor management). ▪ Overseeing data pipeline validation, end-to-end testing, and deployment of ML-driven services. ▪ Coordinating rules engine design to ensure accurate segmentation and contextual interaction. ▪ Establishing workflows for data annotation and quality assurance to strengthen model performance. ▪ Partnering with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure, models, and user experience into a cohesive product vision.
▪Led the web extensions development ecosystem, localization and internationalization For the entire company, operational excellence, and the integration of desktop operating systems for Firefox. ▪Owned the web extensions development platform in Gecko, the user experience in Firefox and web (addons.mozilla.org), the operations and business development, communication, marketing, dev rel, and community management teams to support 65M+ monthly users, 3K+ developers, and a catalog of 30K+ extensions. ▪Led the effort to localize w/t community contributions and vendors 18 projects (Firefox, Thunderbird, Relay, etc.) with community contributions and vendors, and the strategy to define new localization standards (MF2) and API (Intl.MessageFormat). Led the definition of the UX for multiple projects, enabling adaptation to various languages and regions without engineering changes. ▪Enabled Firefox integration with macOS, Windows, and Linux starting from the installer and updater and ending with all the system integrations to mitigate competitive tactics applied by OS vendors to distract users from Firefox in favor of their browsers. ▪Delivered the Android add-ons release, exceeding expectations by 220% with a 0.00008% crash rate and boosted 4th-week retention rates to +50% for users with add-ons installed on Firefox for Android.
