I lead the Innovation, Change, and AI department, developing a new global offering that combines innovation, transformation and digital engagement (AI adoption) for large corporations. I oversee the department’s P&L, manage a growing team of 40 professionals, and drive business expansion through strategic initiatives. In the first 6 months, I achieved a 102% increase in department revenues, developed a global AI adoption journey, and worked with top clients like Hera, Lottomatica and Schindler.
At IED, I lectured on Lean Startup, Experience Design, and Innovation, and mentored students on their thesis projects. I led the Business & Experience Design team in Product Design, helping students integrate design thinking into practical applications and contributing to the creation of 200+ new business ideas.

I facilitated workshops on digital transformation, trained over 1,000 business managers on innovation strategies, and helped companies implement new technologies. I led more than 40 workshops and significantly contributed to clients’ digital journeys.
