Technical Project Leader for the packaging section on a new high-capacity production line for Milka products, managing the project lifecycle, from early supplier engagement (RFP/RFQ), design reviews, and detailed scheduling to budget oversight and coordination across multiple equipment suppliers. Overseeing FAT execution, supervising on-site installation, C&Q, startup, and SAT activities to ensure a reliable and compliant ramp-up.
Project Manager – (Contractor at Stevanato Group) - Served as lead project manager for the installation of 3 new syringe production lines at a greenfield Stevanato plant in Cisterna di Latina (Lazio), Italy. - Managed project schedules and coordinated cross-functional internal teams and external partners to meet delivery milestones. - Supervised on-site installation and equipment setup, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. - Oversaw the Commissioning & Qualification process, including the execution of IQ, OQ, and SAT protocols.
Project Engineer – (Contractor at Janssen – Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson) - Managed equipment projects from initial assessment through to full on-site implementation. - Authored technical documentation, including URS and GMP impact assessments. - Led risk management activities using FMEA to identify and mitigate potential safety and quality issues. - Coordinated change control management, ensuring compliant execution of installation and commissioning phases. - Led IQ/OQ execution in close collaboration with the validation team to ensure full compliance.
- Led and supported capital and continuous improvement projects focused on optimization, revamping, and reliability improvement of existing production lines. - Project lead in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, supporting planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects aligned with plant uptime and maintenance priorities. - Managed shop floor activities related to in-house manufacturing of tools and spare parts, driving improvements in machining processes, materials selection, and workflow efficiency. - Served as mechanical designer for plant equipment, developing 3D models, technical drawings, and layout modifications using Solid Edge and AutoCAD to support equipment upgrades and tooling improvements.
