I'm a Solution Architect within CAT Advisory, part of Microsoft's Engineering division, partnering with strategic enterprises to design, launch, and scale AI agents on Microsoft Copilot Studio. I focus on accelerating adoption and usage by driving secure, enterprise-grade solutions across customer service, employee productivity, hyper-automation, and process optimization. If needed, I also raise, track and escalate blockers through the right product division to strategically unblock customers and keep momentum high. Within the Copilot Acceleration Team (CAT), I translate field insights into product improvements, contributing feedback, joining bug bashes, and leading v‑team initiatives that shape roadmap priorities. I'm committed to scaling learning and IP regarding Copilot Studio, creating and updating guidance, contributing at conferences, hosting AI webinars and labs, and staying active in the Copilot Studio community (office hours, forums) to foster operational excellence and repeatable patterns that help customers get the most from their Microsoft AI investments.

A Technology Specialist in Microsoft is a functional business process and technical workload expert within Enterprise Sales organization working with Microsoft's most important customers. Technology specialists play a key role in the total sales cycle by helping customers with their end-to-end business transformation needs through envisioning, designing, and demonstrating solutions mapped to business value. In this context, I am focused on Microsoft Business Application offering, which include core Cloud CRM capabilities (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Low-Code (Microsoft Power Platform), and Artificial Intelligence.
I managed and delivered an entire project regarding the development of a WebApp + Android/iOs native applications. I addressed the customer in the requirements drafting phase. Afterwards, I guided them in deciding their business model and I designed the database (SQL), backend (NodeJS) and frontend (PUG+CSS+JQuery) of the application. Lastly, I've chosen the adeguate hosting and deployed the project, configuring both an Android (Java) and an iOs (Swift) native applications to access it in-app.
I created a SEO-optimized affiliate marketing website that distributes to its users some discount codes for online services and keeps them updated on news about money-saving. After its success, I've engaged my users deploying OneSignal web push notifications and a Telegram channel. The website handle a mean of 250 users per day.
