Starting as Head of the EU Competence Center, where I coordinated the company's subsidiaries, I have been driving Rheavendors' global strategy, coordinating worldwide branch offices, and strengthening partnerships since my promotion to Sales Director in July 2018. I also developed a nationwide network of cooperation with partners and intensive exchange with industry, customers, managers and decision makers. Other responsibilities include representing the company with key accounts and strategic partners and corporate controlling with regard to sales, backlog, utilisation, accounts outstanding. In the course of my employ, I introduced an SAP retail merchandising system that restructured sales and inventory management, as well as administration. As a founding member of this Local unit start-up distribution company, a subsidiary of the owner-run family business General Vending S.p.A, we functioned as a full-service provider for vending and an official partner of Lavazza. We achieved a valuable million turnover in 2009 with just three employees in Germany and had a responsibility to report to the other shareholders in areas including statement of accounts. After establishing the company and conforming it to the market conditions, we constructed national distribution channels for the target groups of vending, manufacturing, mass catering, bulk consumers, amusement parks, hotels, beverage wholesale (GFGH) and facility management. I was in charge of client acquisition and the implementation of regional and national trade shows. I successfully prepared and conducted annual meetings and implemented the national framework agreements. I introduced new products in liaison with other stakeholders and conceptualised, developed and implemented market supporting technical sales training for trading partners. I also monitored and presented monthly reporting on customer development (turnover/sales), provided forecasts for managers and shareholders.

During my employ, I reported to the International Sales Director Holding the task of supervising and implementation of sales activities, I oversaw a team of 5 sales representatives in the DACH regions and managed the sales representatives and their development through coaching and on-the-job training. I also independently implemented the entire sales process from customer analysis and sales approach, offer development, presentation, completion and ongoing support as well as the tendering procedures. I also administrated client acquisition, starting in Bavaria, and from 10/2006 even in Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and Romania, where I developed new customer relationships, maintained and expanded existing ones. I also participated in regional and national trade fairs like the Bauma, Cersai, and Salone del Mobile.
