Defining and executing the people strategy across the investment bank (3400 FTE), ensuring full alignment with the firm's business objectives, corporate culture, and regulatory requirements of the financial sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the dynamics of investment banking (acquired in several years of headhunting for financial services) and the ability to lead organizational transformation within a high-performance and competitive environment. •Strategic HR Leadership: define and implement the overall people management strategy in close collaboration with executives •Talent Management: design and deliver programs for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, with focus on high-potential employees and key positions •Performance & Compensation: oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits frameworks, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with banking regulations. •Organizational Development: lead change management and culture initiatives, fostering an inclusive, meritocratic, and result-oriented workplace. •Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: champion inclusion and gender balance strategies aligned with ESG standards and global test practices •People Analytics: develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to monitor productivity, engagement, and turnover KPIs, supporting data-driven decision making. •Compliance & Governance: ensure all HR policies and practices adhere to employment law and financial industry regulations.
