• Main point of contact with the customer for the production priorities, issues, and escalations • Monitor, summarize and present manufacturing production KPI results • Onboarding new projects, aligning service requirements with the customer. • Develop and coach a team of up to 10 business support analysts and administrators,
• Accountable for the Configuration Services department. In this area, systems are configured from the factories to make them fully functional, ready for use by end customers. • Inventory Management, forecasting, and replenishment planning • Monitor and analyse KPI’s and costs • Develop, implement, manage, and document all production processes. • Coach and instruct warehouse employees in day-to-day business. • Responsible for ensuring that all KPI’s & SLA’s are met with an emphasis on productivity, quality and direct labour costs within the department.
• Supervising and directing a team of people reporting to the Ops manager. • Working with other supervisors as a team to plan and coordinate staff across the departments. • Manage holidays/sickness/performance. • Create Invoices to the customer.
