    Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, responsible for leading the operation with annual revenue of BRL 1 billion, across three distribution channels (Retail, Specialized Wholesale, and Distributors), reaching over 130.000 points of sale and managing a team with 1.300 employees in a business focused on impulse and indulgence products under the brands Paçoquita, Mendorato, and Crokíssimo.
