A proven business transformation and growth leader, consistently delivering strong results in collaboration with high-performance teams, with a strategic focus on long-term organizational sustainability. Experienced in M&A and turnaround projects within family-owned businesses, leading complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders and achieving significant financial and operational outcomes. Served as a Board Member for several companies, while also acting as an investor and business advisor, combining entrepreneurial experience with a solid corporate career.
Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, responsible for leading the operation with annual revenue of BRL 1 billion, across three distribution channels (Retail, Specialized Wholesale, and Distributors), reaching over 130.000 points of sale and managing a team with 1.300 employees in a business focused on impulse and indulgence products under the brands Paçoquita, Mendorato, and Crokíssimo. Drove the turnaround of business profitability through the redesign and implementation of a new Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, together with the redefinition of brand strategy and portfolio (rebranding) of the main brands, achieving a 5 percentage-point gross margin increase and over 50% profit growth within two years. Launched a Revenue Growth Management initiative through a co-branding (collabs) program, combined with product innovation for new consumption occasions and the introduction of a structured 12-month commercial calendar. Developed a Supply Chain Synchronization Program (S&OP/ Order Flow), unlocking new avenues for sustainable growth.
