Gino is a program manager with more than 15 years of experience managing large and complex global programs particularly on the area of supply chain, warehouse management and manufacturing implementations. He has a proven track record of leading ERP and digital implementations, creating a template approach and deploying the solution across a global setting working with on-shore/off-shore delivery teams. He is very proactive, driven and very strong in building relationships with the team members he manages. He has been a PMP certified project manager since June 2013.

EMEA 3PL Connect Program, Procter & Gamble, June 2012 to Mar 2014 - Regional implementation of P&G’s 3PL Connect solution to partners in EMEA. Solution required the implementation of standard EDI and XML interfaces between the 3PL systems and P&G’s SAP inventory management system. - Overseen the end-to-end implementation for 3PL partners in UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Ukraine and Spain. Global Greenfield Implementation, Procter & Gamble, October 2010 to June 2012 - Global rollout of P&G’s SAP manufacturing solution in new manufacturing plants worldwide (Vietnam, Egypt, Spain, China and Brazil). - SAP modules included in the implementation scope were SAP PP, MM, SD, QM, PM and FICO. - Rolled out the solution using phased-implementation approach which allowed the new plants to start operations with procurement and storage of raw and pack materials and on a succeeding phase proceed to the manufacturing of finished products.
Product Owner for the MES/MOM Platform. Responsible for the solution roadmap and governance of the solution from development, deployment to support. Acts as the bridge between business and IT functions to enhance manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.
Responsible for the deployment of digital solutions like IoT, MES/MOM, reporting and analytics across AkzoNobel network of manufacturing sites. Manage the transition from pilots / proofs of value to large-scale deployments.
Global WMS PrIME Program, Procter & Gamble, April 2014 to present - Global implementation of P&G’s warehouse management solution using JDA WMS to all distribution centers and manufacturing plants worldwide. - Overseen the end-to-end implementation for more than 20 implementation projects. - Established a program structure where individual projects leverage a pool of central resources responsible for common functions across projects like application and database installations, server monitoring, hotfix application, standard interface setup with other P&G applications and configuration standardization. - Created standard project management documentation templates like statements of work, project schedule, detailed work breakdown structures and deployed for use across different regional teams and project managers.
