Team050 biedt begeleiding aan kinderen, jongeren en jong volwassenen in de leeftijd van 2 t/m 23 jaar. De problematiek van de doelgroep is uiteenlopend: kinderen met een pervasieve ontwikkelingsstoornis (o.a. Autisme, Asperger, PDD-NOS), maar ook met bijvoorbeeld MCDD, ADHD en ODD, kinderen met angststoornissen, verstandelijke en soms ook lichamelijke beperkingen. Het uitgangspunt van Team050 is dat de zorg afgestemd wordt op de vraag van ouder(s)/verzorger(s). De begeleiding door Team050 komt voor rekening van toegankelijke en enthousiaste begeleiders en expertbegeleiders. Alle (expert)begeleiders worden ondersteund door een gezinscoördinator. Begeleiders zijn veelal studenten die een relevante opleiding volgen, bijvoorbeeld psychologie of pedagogische wetenschappen. Expertbegeleiders hebben hun opleiding afgerond en beschikken over relevante werkervaring. Ervaring die zij graag inzetten binnen Team050. Naast begeleiding in de thuissituatie, biedt Team050 ook begeleiding op school. De inhoud van de begeleiding wordt afgestemd met de leerkracht. Deze begeleiding kan worden vergoed vanuit het LGF (leerling gebonden financiering), het schoolbudget en in sommige gevallen vanuit het PGB.
In the EMS program I fulfill the role of a mentor. Entrepreneur Mentoring Service focuses on ambitious and impactful entrepreneurs who provide innovation and employment. EMS is a growing community of entrepreneurs and executives who, according to the MIT (Boston) Venture MentoringService model, form the foundation of the program. The core of the EMS program is group mentoring. Entrepreneurs who are accepted to the program are assigned to a group of 2 or 3 mentors who best meet the needs of the entrepreneur. Together we are stronger, together we know more and together we can stimulate the development of the region and entrepreneurship. Let’s give back to the region together! The mentors are selflessly committed to empowering the next generation of top entrepreneurs to grow and to innovate. A strict selection for both the mentor and the entrepreneur ensures commitment and support. The network of mentors also connects the top Frisian entrepreneurs. In addition to passing on knowledge, a community is being created that together provides renewal in the region. We are there for entrepreneurs with ambition to grow, both for SMEs and for startups. When the companies are out of their idea phase and operate with turnover, they fit within the EMS program.
