Job Scope • Deliver new capabilities such as Data Sharing Hub and Data Science Platform for Enterprise use • Ensure business continuity of existing data analytics system through service management, stakeholder management and data governance
Job Scope: • Performs in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis to mitigate problems once detected. • Involves in continuous diffusion process and tool optimization projects targeted at yield gain, cost and cycle time reduction through collaboration with stakeholders from cross functional department. Projects: • Established a prediction model for remaining useful life of an equipment part with data science team, to enable smoother line reaction and prevent manufacturing capacity break. • Coordinates ESPEC (electrical specification) team for cross fab electrical param matching and stability, to meet weekly target of > 90% critical param registers pass, through meticulous monitoring and implementation of effective fix actions. Applications: Proficient in JMP, Yield3, Statistical Process Control and Klarity Defect Analysis.
Job Scope: • Facilitated in activities to support new product concepts including prototyping, characterizations and conducting food tasting • Conducted literature review to draft out a review paper on sustainable packaging for publication • Collaborated with team to innovate a new consumer product idea through evaluation of current market trends and food processing methods
