With many years honing professional skills in the Risk Insurance and Construction Industry, and now my current and latest roles as a military defense contractor OCONUS, I have been able to grasp logistics and maintenance managing operation skills. Most importantly, I take pride in being professional. Therefore, my profession in DOD contracting as Logistics Analyst, I am able to continue growth with knowledge of logistics maneuvering and assisting with transportation movements of military vehicles through emails from work center request to their new locations. I take pride in being the professional with the desire to always meet or exceed expectations. I adhere to overall operations taskers, dispatching operations, liaison with transportation operations; utilizing knowledge and skills from my past experience tenure leading as Owner Controlled Program Manager for large construction and design build projects. With attention to detail and organization, I am able to achieve the goals or quality work with accuracy and timeliness which are both key to successes in DOD contracting and most any profession. Responsible for multiple CDRLs, compiling and calculating Maintenance slides ppt. for overall readiness, military vehicle repair and parts status for USG overview. Research data for unit status report (USR) monthly in IGC and AESIP systems to find over one hundred parts estimated shipments and location. Common Operating Picture pull (COP slides) report, utilizes SAP, GCSS-Army software to research, reporting and analyze data. Total Services and Recoverable items pull. Stand in for Maintenance Management meetings as needed and updating PM 27 meeting minutes by USG guide. Organized and compiled manhour emails for Work Center personnel for reporting to finance teams. Visits field site locations to check army vehicle status location and documentation and discussions at tasker dashboard meetings. Promptly acknowledges email guidance from USG via our Logistics Operations Center to disseminate to our Vehicle Repair Work Centers.
Oversaw team of two personnel for guidance and scheduling for a 24hr service for NAVY underwater weapons training and research. Utilized an 18-panel radio system to communicate with Navy Operations for C-130 training flights up and down lifts, communicated with submarine captains and vessels to relay messages to testing teams and logging/tracking purposes. Timely management and organized with housing personnel to plan for housing units for open living quarters for Navy Rangers. Communication via radio to acknowledge incoming and outgoing DEA for their land and lift on base and liaison between Commander team to advise arrival of DEA to base operations.
Received and dispatched work order request timely and efficiently for Airforce base refugee Afghan refugee housing units. Shifted roles to initiate dispatch with handheld radio for transportation to medical facilities and liaison between linguist and transport for medical emergencies. Assured timeliness for specialty Covid transport for pick and drop at medical clinics. Coordinated expeditiously and proactively for transportation to send military personnel to their next destination of duty or departures from base. Captured photos on post for safety to record violations and good safety protocols and PPE adherence for personnel per company guidelines
Oversee Subcontractor Crew of 38 Employees for Logistics and Food Service Transport to Military Cohorts in Quarantine w/COVID+ and Close Contact. Observe for safety Gear of Crews Pickup at Breakfast and Dinner Operations. Check for Ground Guiding of trucks at DFAC locations. Assure Cargo Transportations are routing timely for military meal p/u and deliveries. Communicate consistently with sub supervisor for schedules and assure all employees report beginning of routing to end of delivery. Various weekly travel to transport FOB delivery locations. Weekly CULT Inspections with Army Ltd., CPT and SSG Personnel for contract compliance. Monthly Oversee Transportation at SSMO Warehouse for sub pickup of various amounts of palletized MREs and Water per Army Unit request. Assist Property Administrator with site Tent Inspections for fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, tent maintenance, and safety hazards. Assist with Fuel pickup at fuel locations. Observe fuel truck operator for PPE and assure proper Gallons of Fuel is received and no spills. Sign-off on Fuel Receipt
Oversee various operations on base site for Task Order 07, A COVID-19 LOGCAP Project. Prepare Sitrep Report to Site Manager and maintain data for personnel/Perstat of subcontractor and company employees. Daily communication with Army LNO teams for Infil and Exfil of military cohorts for meal projection. Input data into Master Tracker for Power Generators, Fuel Gallons, Water Usage etc. for base operation. Oversee and review subcontractor DFAC Operations for assuring PPE Gear is adhered to and overall cleanliness and safety protocols are in compliance. Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) for SDS log in proper locations of hazard material, inspect for potential trip hazard locations. Worked with site manager for final audits. Assist in closeout of project via observance of tent break-down crews, heavy equipment removal, and assuring all safety protocols were followed for a successful and final descoping,
