Let me share a bit about myself: I have an academic background in Physical Sciences, having completed the 3rd year at the University of Exact and Natural Sciences (UBA). For over 10 years, I worked in mathematical modeling, analyzing data and hydraulic phenomena in projects related to hydrology, hydrodynamics, and sedimentation. I also collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop environmental solutions, contributing to the design of coastal structures and conducting environmental impact assessments. Currently, I work as a freelance consultant, applying my expertise in mathematical modeling to engineering and environmental studies. In recent years, I’ve shifted my focus to Data Science, aiming to combine my technical skills with my passion for addressing critical issues like sustainability, gender and social inequalities, and integral health. Through this journey, I’ve developed strong skills in Python, SQL, Pandas, and visualization tools like Power BI and advanced Excel. Additionally, I’m experienced in predictive analysis, regression techniques, and statistics. I have completed courses in Machine Learning, Big Data, and Data Analysis, and I am planning to enroll in a Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program to further expand my expertise. My ultimate goal is to step into a role as a Data Scientist, where I can leverage technology and advanced analytics to create impactful solutions. I am particularly interested in working on projects where data serves as a powerful tool to reduce inequalities, develop sustainable solutions, and improve the quality of life for vulnerable communities. Depuis 2016, je travaille en tant que freelance, participant à divers projets en tant qu'assistante technique en modélisation numérique appliquée à l’ingénierie, avec un accent sur l’hydro-environnement, en mettant en œuvre des modèles hydrodynamiques, de transport de sédiments et de qualité de l’eau.
Entre 2008 et 2015, j’ai travaillé dans le domaine du conseil en participant à divers projets de dragage de voies navigables, de développement de ports et de structures de protection côtière, en réalisant différentes modélisations orientées vers l’analyse de l’impact environnemental lié aux travaux.
Entre 2008 y 2015, trabajé como consultora en proyectos relacionados con ingeniería hidráulica, protección costera y análisis de impacto ambiental. Mis principales tareas incluyeron la modelación matemática hidrodinámica, térmica y de sedimentación utilizando herramientas como HEC-RAS, MIKE 11, MOHID y SED-2D, además de la elaboración de informes técnicos y colaboración interdisciplinaria. Algunos hitos destacados incluyen: - Modelación hidrodinámica del Río Luján para proyectos de regulación y saneamiento. - Aplicación de modelos bidimensionales para evaluar impactos ambientales en centrales termoeléctricas y emisarios marítimos. - Estudios hidrosedimentológicos para puertos como Quequén y Bahía Blanca. - Participación en la modelación del Golfo San Jorge y del Río Paraná para proyectos portuarios y de transporte. - Coautoría de informes técnicos que respaldaron decisiones de alto impacto en la gestión hídrica y ambiental.
