Coordinator of the Bring It On! Transition Program at Trent University oriented 250 incoming first year students via educative activities and relationship building. Supported team projects of; Summer Orientation, Summer Connect, and Orientation Week. Welcomed international students at Pearson International Airport upon arrival at appropriate gate for various student groups and their Group Leader. Created a welcoming and friendly environment for Group Leaders and students, acting as their tour guide upon arrival to Canada introducing various Toronto landmarks. Implemented various educational and active programming for over 200 students, catering to various ages, cultures, and interests. Created and performed excursion plans setting a meeting point and distributing the itinerary ensuring it is followed accordingly. Oshawa General Hospital Main Hospitality Desk, the main greeting contact for hospital staff, patients, and families. Created a friendly environment for visitors and respected the demands of patients.
