Portoflio Management: >130M Euros - Commodities & Cold Sauces - Veg. oils : >100M litres - Cold Sauces: >2,5M kilos Functions: - Develop, negotiate, and implement the Global Own Brand Range in our 22 countries. - Coordinate cross functional teams (Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing) through the Own Brand process. - Align with our country subsidiaries to harmonize the product range and leverage scales. - Keep close track on supplier production capacity and coverage rate and check e-sourcing status and report data base (prices, volumes, supplier contracts).
- Product Portfolio: wipes (baby, hygienic, household,...), cotton pads, ear buds. - Client portfolio: >20 million euros - Type of clients : Private labels, National brands, Commercial agents. - Where: Western Europe, Asia, West & North Africa - Coordinate the implementation of private label sales projects in cooperation with other company departments (R&D, production, marketing) - Manage customer needs and issues as well as ensure the continuous development of sales - Actively participate in every step of the sales process and project implementation - Prepare commercial offers, calculations and evaluations, and tender documents - Establish positive business relationships and mutual trust in contact with customers - Monitoring and analyzing the market and competition - Participate in the sales planning process
Spend: 42M euros - Raw Material - Decoration, plastic & metal parts - Transport - Improve supplier performance in production (QCD), in line with purchasing strategy. - Monitor productivity performance through cross-functional teamwork - Active participation to Program phase before SOP - Lead transfer from Program buyers to Serial team for take-over
