• Executive/Supervisory: Direct and control the mission, objectives, and resources of the Company as a whole; supervise finance and administrative advisors; manage the recruitment and hiring of the required number and type of well-motivated, skilled, and enthusiastic staff; supervise the preparation of the Annual Financial Report and Statements of the Company and ensure their approval by the Board; establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government agencies and departments, local authorities, key decision-makers, and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the Company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services; provide strategic advice and guidance to the Board of Directors of our Parent in order to keep them aware of developments within the industry and the North American marketplace as a whole; and coordinate the relationship and exchanges with our Parent in order to improve the supply of our services to North American customers. • Marketing/PR: Direct and supervise the marketing and communications plan of the Company as a whole. • Operations: Direct service engineers; manage the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the Company complies with all health, safety, and employment rules and regulations; ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the Company’s mission and that they comply with all relevant U.S. rules and regulations; prepare, monitor, and gain acceptance of the implementation of the annual budget to ensure budget targets are met and that the Company remain profitable.
