Industrial WELDING & CUTTING, including electric arc welding, oxy-fuel welding and laser welding - For NEW INSTALLATIONS, estimating the required quantities of welding gases on the basis of the process Proposing a thorough knowledge of welding gases and materials, their performance in terms of the degree of porosity, quality of the welded joints, degree of oxidation, dampness, projection rate, penetration, inclusions, smoke.... Determining the best mix with my customers production engineers and quality managers - Proposing solutions or means of OPTIMISING of EXISTING installation through the weld quality and the related costs, including means as: reduction of the preheating and grinding stages, filler losses, and counseling on the gas to be used and the welding speed according to the level of experience of my customers welder(s) COMBUSTION Improving combustion EFFICIENCY from 50% to 88% by proposing COMPLETE gas solutions that : reduce furnace losses and proposing heating solutions of the different components of the combustion process - Optimizing exhaust fumes composition, compactness, lower volume and emissions - Lowering energy losses, decreasing volume of dust swept away into the chimney and reducing fire loss - Allowing usage of small filters for flue gas treatment, with a lower investment and costs of maintenance and reducing fuel consumption Optimising WASTE RECYCLING installations & processes, with a focus on waste WATER treatment - Participating to the design and the installation of systems using pure oxygen gas (HPO) for the treatment of industrial wastewater; reducing odor and VOC pollution, avoiding foaming, reducing electricity consumption and ensuring optimum settling.
