As HR Consultant I am responsible for the selection and recruitment of Management Assistants and department Assistants. This contains screening and interviewing candidates, matching the right candidate with the right job and company.
Via Project Outsourcing I worked – for Secretary Plus – on project basis with their clients. This means that I worked on location, with a client for several months. When my project came to an end, Outsourcing Solutions looked for new fascinating challenges. You transit seamlessly from one project to another.
