About

I build categories. I’m a marketing leader across B2B/B2B2C, enterprise SaaS, consumer tech, AI and FMCG. I tend to work where the product is strong but the market story is not yet sharp enough: I find the narrative, build the operating model, and turn it into demand, pipeline and revenue. At Bango, I named Super Bundling and repositioned the Digital Vending Machine® from payments infrastructure to subscription bundling leadership. That work helped grow ARR from $3M to $21M, create $25M in 2025 opportunity value, scale MQLs from 35 to 952 in 2025, and earn 88% share of voice across 2,380 Super Bundling articles. Before Bango, I helped scale tech21 from £2M to £100M as first marketing hire, taking the brand into Apple Retail worldwide. As CEO of Chatable.ai, a Mark Cuban-backed Edge AI venture, I took breakthrough speech technology from lab to market, winning a CES Innovation Honoree award and securing first licensing deals with global hearing and audio brands. I also co-invented and commercialised NURVV, raising £5M and building the brand, investor and retail story. I’m AI-native in how I run marketing: faster research, content, creative iteration, sales enablement and campaign development with a leaner operating model. I bring brand and demand together — category narrative on one side, pipeline mechanics on the other. I write the Ideas Before Impact newsletter and am open to speaking, panels and conversations with people building bold B2B, AI, subscription, consumer tech and scale-up businesses.
