- Provide specialist product advice and service for Obegi Home Luxurious Brands including :Poliform,bulthaup,rimadesio, boffi, Porro, Ernestomeda, Knoll, Kettal, Living Divani, Baker, Giorgetti, Ralph Lauren Home, De sede, Brand Van egmond. - Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store. - Dealing with local and international architects firms & contractors. - Attend client meetings and define their needs in order to translate it into world-class interiors, while maintaining high-end brands image and guidelines. - Design high-end Luxury Kitchens from various brands: boffi, poliform,bulthaup, Ernestomeda & Wardrobes : poliform, rimadesio, porro and prepare their respective offers. -Finding fittings & Preparing quotations of Obegi furniture brands including : Knoll, Baker, Ralph Lauren Home, Giorgetti, Living Divani, Kettal, Brand Van Egmond, De sede. - Follow up with clients & architects and present projects design; make necessary amendments in order to close the deal. - Prepare Autocad sections, Elevations, Execution files for contractors for kitchens, bathrooms & wardrobes. - Prepare mood boards, materials samples and all necessary documents to be signed by clients during the order confirmation. - Place orders with Boffi & Porro while maintaining a good & professional relationship with the suppliers. - Undertake design project from concept to completion : Create concept design by understanding the client needs & lifestyle, Adapt costs and project fees according to clients budget, supervise work progress, follow up on the installation to guarantee client satisfaction & proper project handover. - Training sessions at Obegi Home dubai branch in December 2019 with introduction to Dubai brands such as Poliform, Rimadesio & Bulthaup. - Training course at Ernestomeda in October 2019 - Training course at the Boffi training center in 2013 & 2016 in Milan - Training course at Porro & Living Divani in 2013 in Milan
- Assist walk-in clients in the showroom and present the Scavolini Kitchens. - Understand the client needs and design kitchen space accordingly in a safe, functional & esthetic ways. - Follow up with clients and present kitchen designs, make necessary amendments in order to close the deal. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends and materials through continuous research and training.
