Managing digital products that streamline government services for businesses, with a focus on import processes and centralized access to regulatory services. Key projects include: • A unified platform for managing import permits and customs approvals across multiple ministries • A centralized business service hub, enabling easier access to licenses, certificates, and compliance processes • Digitization of end-to-end trade documentation to reduce friction and improve transparency for international trade Responsibilities include identifying user pain points and regulatory gaps, collaborating with government stakeholders and business associations, conducting user research, mapping service journeys, defining product and UX requirements, managing timelines and budgets, and supporting procurement and development processes.
The Legal Department of the Ministry advises the Minister and the Director General, and accompanies the activities of the central departments of the Ministry of Finance: the Budgets Division, the Accountant General Division, the Chief Economist and the National Housing Department. The department is involved in leading strategic reforms in the economy, managing large-scale strategic tenders in large amounts of funds, initiating large-scale local and international projects, managing High Court petitions and suits against the state, and drafting legislation and secondary legislation, among that - leading the most complex and significant legislative event of the government - The Omnibus Law of Arrangements.
Associate in the Firm's Antitrust Department. provided regulatory and legal counsel on all aspects of competition law and represented firms in criminal, administrative and civil proceedings in court. I also represented clients before the Antitrust Authority on a variety of subjects, such as requests to approve mergers and restrictive arrangements.
