As a Maintenance & Project Engineer at Berry Pet-Power, I was responsible for investigating and resolving structural issues related to production lines and installations. My expertise lay in initiating and guiding projects aimed at the development and improvement of these production lines and installations. My goal was to ensure smooth production and the production of high-quality products. My main tasks and responsibilities as a Maintenance & Project Engineer included: • Analyzing and resolving structural malfunctions in production and packaging machines and peripheral equipment. My expertise extended to both mechanical and electrical tasks. My main tasks and responsibilities as a Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician were: • Identifying and resolving various malfunctions, digitally recording all relevant information. • Performing maintenance and overhaul work. • Identifying deviations in machines and installations and taking preventive measures, if necessary, to prevent malfunctions. • Informing and supporting colleagues. Utilizing my creativity and technical insight to further improve production, i identified potential areas for improvement in terms of technology and organization and implemented these initiatives. Within my role as a Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician, I played an essential role in ensuring an efficient and reliable production process. My skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and implementing improvements contributed to the optimization of our production lines. Additionally, I had the opportunity to further delve into the setup and development of small-scale projects.
