About

Working on how digital services, systems and infrastructure can become more coherent, resilient and understandable. My work combines research, systems thinking, service design and technical prototyping. Rather than focusing on individual products or organisations, I look at how services, governance, technology and public value interact at system level. I enjoy translating complexity into concrete concepts, scenarios and working environments that can be explored, tested and challenged. Current interests include digital public infrastructure, commons governance, resilience, digital identity, service ecosystems and future public services.
