Reporting to the VP Sales Europe, and being part of the sales management team, I am responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the strategies to grow our overall channel business across the continent. This includes managing relationships with distributors, installers, consultants and alliances. The channel lead plays a critical role in establishing and developing the channel strategy and program, to become, maintain and enhance the preferred vendor position. This role requires close collaboration with Sales to execute sales strategy and to manage and control the partner ecosystem. The channel lead works closely with key internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, System engineering, Strategic Channel team and the CTO office, to strengthen CommScope’s position across the data center market. Externally, the channel lead will work with senior management of the largest pan-European distribution partners to develop relationships and tailor the Channel program, acting as both a leader and facilitator to enhance sales enablement and drive growth.
