Responsible for leading and coordinating internal audits related to EASA Air Operations, Aerodromes, and Continuing Airworthiness, as well as IOSA, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001. Involves planning and executing complex audits, engaging with senior stakeholders, and translating audit outcomes into clear conclusions and strategic recommendations. Provides independent assurance on compliance with regulatory and internal standards, challenges root cause analyses and corrective action plans, and plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s safety and compliance framework.
Responsible for preparing and conducting internal audits within the Safety & Compliance framework to assess adherence to aviation regulations, company procedures, and quality standards. Activities include reviewing documentation, interviewing stakeholders, analyzing operational processes, and reporting audit findings. Also involves evaluating root cause analyses and corrective action plans and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety and compliance processes.
Responsible for analyzing operational and commercial performance data to support flight planning and revenue optimization. Involves monitoring network and route performance, evaluating revenue trends, and providing insights to support pricing, scheduling, and capacity decisions. Collaborates with commercial, network planning, and operational stakeholders to improve profitability and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis.
The thesis “Changing the Face of Travel” was commissioned by SkyTeam Airline Alliance in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Sciences in the subject of Aviation Security & Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS). The thesis research concerns the extension of the use of seamless identification via the use of biometrics, in the potential creation of a platform in the end-to-end travel experience for the member airlines of SkyTeam and its customers.
