Young Colfield is a breeding ground for talent from which many organizations reap the benefits. Young Colfield guides individuals in their development by allowing growth through self-discovery. By enabling these individuals to work independently, they learn excellent problem solving, work ethic and organizational skills, which is highlighted during the most challenging scenarios. The Top Engineer Program is a traineeship for one year, during which the trainees join an IT team at ING. They work as a full team member from day one. ING is a progressive, not to say revolutionary bank and evolving quickly. This offers our trainees a lot of opportunity to learn and add value. They are offered a lot of challenging training as well as communication skills and intervision. The main goal? The day they start at ING as experienced engineers after one year. Learn more?
