At Dr. Wamser + Batra, I coordinate project and strategy implementation across our Indo-German consulting operations. My work focuses on translating management priorities into actionable structures—bridging strategic intent and operational clarity across borders, teams, and time zones. A core area of responsibility lies in supporting the establishment and growth of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India for European clients. This includes aligning governance frameworks with local execution realities, coordinating key stakeholder processes, and contributing to the selection of leadership and project staff in a context-sensitive manner—ensuring cultural fluency, organisational fit, and long-term viability. With a background in South Asian Studies (Heidelberg), including political science, econometrics, and regional geography, I combine analytical rigour with regional familiarity. Together with our strong local teams, we ensure high-quality delivery, adaptive execution, and clarity in complex cross-border environments—working pragmatically, transparently, and in close proximity to decision-makers.
