As a projectmanager I work with customers and partners to create innovative usecases using our streaming data platform, the KPN Data Services Hub. Some of the projects: ✪ Creating a new service: FIAM (Federated Identity and Access Management) with a small development team, 1 partner and 1 supplier, integrating 4 other KPN services and working with staff departments. We implemented the service with our launching customer Eneco; ✪ Bringing the LFM (Logfilemanagement) service from the Corporate (top-60) market to the Large Enterprise (top-4000) market. Connecting the service to KPN Smart Combination services, activating the Sales teams and implementing all administrative applications; ✪ Implementing the LFM service for various customers like Woningnet, Loodswezen, Zaffier; ✪ Helping partner eMagiz to build their stack on the DSH; ✪ Building a Data Sharing Infrastructure for the municipality of Helmond to exchange sensor data with application providers. Validate proposition idea
As an implementation manager I implement the service management chain and the administrative systems for corporate customers that have agreed a contract for outsourcing their ICT and Telecommunications to KPN. My responsibilities are: ✪ Implementing these contracts within the KPN organisation (servicedesks, backoffices and solver groups) ✪ Agreeing a DAP or Operations manual with the customer ✪ Agreeing OLA's or Interface agreements with KPN's and the Customers suppliers ✪ Implementing the supporting Service management systems, including E-Bonding, reporting and invoicing As implementation manager I was responsible for delivering these service management implementation deliverables. I have done this for the customers: Rijkswaterstaat, Achmea and others. As project manager I was responsible for a team implementing the service management. I have done this for the customers: KLM, NS, ING, Ahold.
Working with a team to create a new proposition: Smart Integration. My role is creating role descriptions, interface agreements, internally communicating the proposition, stimulating adoption and making the proposition leaner.
As professional I performed jobs as a software engineer and teamleader. My customers were companies like Centraal Beheer Achmea and KPN. For Centraal Beheer Achmea I was responsible for: ✪ Restructuring software for all the calculation rules of their individual retirement pensions ✪ I saw the opportunity of making the test process much more efficient (saving approximately 70% of the cost) and implemented that.
I worked as software engineer and the last 4 years as teamleader of a software development department of 4 - 6 employees. The company works for customers in the flower and plant trading business, transport companies, import/export companies, cash and carry companies. I started maintaining 80 customized systems. After 5 years I saw the opporttunity of making a standard out of the common factors of these systems. I created a standardised, configurable system containing purchase, sell, invoice, stock, transport, B2B-interface, Cash-and-Carry and other modules. With my team I implemented it within 55 customers.
