Supporting the Carlos Nazario Studio team as we prepare for high-profile styling projects, including the MET Gala 2025. Working alongside Carlos and his assistants, I assist with everything from styling prep to studio organization and research. My role involves hands-on involvement in sample trafficking, creating presentation boards, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with in-depth fashion research. I am gaining valuable experience in coordinating styling logistics, organizing materials, and working closely with industry professionals. Additionally, I support various creative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations for major events and projects. Experience in supporting high-profile styling projects from concept to execution. Worked closely with the lead NYC stylist to ensure a seamless wardrobe selection, and fitting process, as well as assist styling for photo shoots, red carpet events, and press appearances. Skilled in trend research, garment care, and fittings. Assisted in curating unique and fashion-forward looks that align with each client’s brand and aesthetic. My responsibilities include sourcing clothing and accessories, managing samples, preparing lookbooks, coordinating with PR and designer showrooms, and ensuring all styling logistics are executed to perfection.
Produce original videos and reels, including conceptualization, recording, editing, and captioning, assist with the development of Instagram stories to align with the marketing calendar, continuously, research the latest social media, trends, happening, BTS, content, help with stylist pulls, and other productions needed. Assist with strategy and content creation on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Work with external partners including actors, musicians, influencers, and more to activate joint initiatives on Amanda Uprichards's social platforms. Attend live events for social coverage such as pop-ups and brand events to assist and help them run smoothly.
Helped dress the models before the show and made sure each garment fit appropriately, unpacked all the looks and organized them on the hangers, steamed/ironed garments, and kept all accessories and clothing brought by designers/vendors organized and together. Greeted and assisted guests to their seats, assembled giveaways and assisted vendors/sponsors to their booths, and helped set up. Ran errands to make sure last-minute issues were fixable. Set up the venue accordingly such as: placing all the chairs vertically on therunway, assisting the lighting crew, and more. Worked this show from 1 pm-10 pm.
