- Led a company-wide RoHS compliance review project, analyzing thousands of active part numbers. - Managed relations with suppliers worldwide to gather compliance documentation and organize product substitutions or redesigns. - Coordinated the technical updates of more than 50 PCBAs and power modules. - Coordinated the qualification and release of all updated part numbers into the daily operations of the Swiss and Malaysian manufacturing plants.
- Led the creation of two separate start-ups focused on innovative projects related to enhancing safety and user comfort in the electric city bike sector. - Coordinated and led all the activities among suppliers and all the departments, in particular the Hardware/Firmware development teams, Supply Chain, Marketing and Business Development - Pitched the initiatives to investors and obtained funding to cover multiple prototyping phases
- Developed 15+ PCBAs and their integration into the final product, ranging from wearable devices to motor control boards, personally managing every project phase, from the definition of the specifications to the test of the final product. - Acted as the primary technical point of contact, facilitating and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors throughout the product development lifecycle. - Collaborated with the Business Development team, leveraging technical knowledge to prepare accurate sales proposals. - Proposed and implemented solutions for technical knowledge management and warehousing.
As treasurer of an association of more than 30 members, my duties were: - Prepare budgets and balances for every event - Have a clear view of the upcoming flows of money - Handle debts and credits - Have a safe plan for the development of the association As a board member, with my peers: - Supervise and support the organization of every event - Minimize unexpected outcomes with careful planning - Handle internal conflicts and maintain high motivation in an association of volunteers
EBEC is the biggest engineering competition in Europe, provided by BEST in 88 different locations and structured in three rounds: local, national and final. I was the main organizer of the local round of Milano, that involved two companies and more than 300 students. It was divided in two challenges: Case Study, provided by Reply and a Team Design (in which the goal is to build a working prototype from simple materials) by Magneti Marelli. My role was of supervising the entire project, that can be divided in three main focus areas: - Fund raising (calling and meeting companies, find a deal and define roles) - Promotion (presenting during classes, prepare and distribute promotional material, customer care) - Logistics (handling materials, human resources, catering, schedule, participants, technical details)
