- Manage USD $1.3 Billion – Hair Care Supply Chain for 23 markets / countries across Asia. Products produced include Pantene®; Head & Shoulders; Rejoice; Vidal Sassoon. Major markets shipped to include Japan, Korea, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, India & Indonesia. - Lead a team of 400 employees & 420 contractors for the end to end manufacturing of these products. - Direct Reports include 20 managers at various levels from Process Engineers to Department Managers. - Manage a total Supply Chain Budget of USD $228 Million / Manufacturing Expense Budget of USD $30 Million. - Manage an annual capital budget of $USD 18 - 22 Million.
Consolidation of 4 manufacturing Sites spread across Asia into 1 Greenfield Site, recruiting, building and leading an organization of 150 people through the complete training and start-up of a new Greenfield Site.
