• End-to-end coordination of marketing projects and activities, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution through the management of timelines, KPIs, priorities, and business objectives. • Management of Trade Marketing activities and coordination of worldwide distributors, with a strong focus on APAC markets, working closely with country managers and local partners to adapt strategies to individual markets and support sell-in and sell-out initiatives, in line with global brand guidelines. • Support for PR and events activities, contributing to the planning and operational management of product launches and special events, in coordination with HQ and external partners.
ForA challenges conventional narratives by curating cutting-edge ideas and creating a space where innovation, reflection, and emerging practices take center stage. Föra (from the Milanese dialect meaning “outside”) is an event that opens the doors of a sector often perceived as exclusive and static, redefining its boundaries. In concrete terms, the exhibition will bring together several emerging international designers to present their reinterpretation of the archetype of the chair, offering a contemporary reading of one of the most fundamental objects in design. Through different materials, forms, and processes, each project becomes a unique perspective on how this iconic element can be reimagined today.
Launched in 2022, Fluids has organized 30+ electronic music events in Milan, building a 2,500+ member community. Focused on emotional connection and safe spaces. In 2024, we launched Fluids Plus, a DJ booking agency supporting emerging talent. Our pay off “Clubber's Feelings Matter” follows this concept of giving importance to the act of sharing emotions with other event participants.
Since 2000 Cubica is marketing and technology. Business consultancy and project management, creation of sustainable and profitable businesses. My Role: - Accounting and project management - Drafting briefs and sending to selected vendors - Drafting of social/site/newsletter editorial calendars from activities and focus provided - Media plan based on agreed budget and goals - Setup, management and monitoring of adv campaigns using Meta and Google Ads platforms based on approved media plan - Data extraction from platform reports and drafting custom reports according to client requests
Part of the marketing team for Hogan and Fay. Contributed to concept development, design execution, and creative production across multiple channels. Worked on 20+ communication campaigns, following the entire process from concept to final output — including the coordination of on-set photo and video productions.
