I am an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, specializing in product development and innovation. I joined Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 2000, following my degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science and three years of service as an officer in the Italian Army, where I honed my skills in training and departmental management. Key Highlights: - Early Career at P&G: Initially focused on corporate projects, specifically researching breathable films. - Surface Care Team: Led the microbiological laboratory at the Brussels Innovation Center (BIC) from 2002, before transitioning back to the IRC Fem Care Product Design team to spearhead the Envive initiative for light adult incontinence. Managed the design process, consumer testing, and product launch across Western Europe. - Analytical Department: Returned to BIC in January 2012 to oversee the MicroSpectrophotometer capabilities, integrating advanced imaging and spectral analysis techniques. -Developed expertise in Raman spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy. - Thermal analysis (DSC and TGA). - Safety Coordinator: Actively ensure workplace safety and compliance while representing employee interests as a member of the Work Council. - Wellbeing member, Leader of Nutrition-Pillar, aim to improve the wellbeing of the employees. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Nutrition and Functional Food to further enhance my knowledge and contributions to the industry. Responsible for the Spectroscopy Laboratories. My responsibility is in particular to lead the Fourier Transformation Infra-Red Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman capability.

Responsible for Nutrition Team. The Nutrition Team is a P&G organization, reporting to the Vibrant Living team with the aim to improve the well being of the employees. Organize training regarding food and nutrition to give awareness about good nutrition. Collaborate with the canteen supplier and vending machine to find the best solution. Organize days to sensitize versus good nutrition and habits.
