Un chantier titanesque commence avec le lot 2 de la nouvelle liaison ferroviaire Lyon-Turin. Ici 3 tunneliers s’enchaîneront dans les prochaines années afin de creuser environs 26 km de galeries de ligne. En parallèle, des autres partie d’ouvrages (galeries en ligne, rameaux et cavernes), du même ordre de grandeur kilométrique, seront achevées en traditionnel. - Daily analysis of DBF files, compiled by data acquisition program of the manufacturer Herrenknecht AG in order to monitor continuously TBM during excavation; - Relations with the supervision in terms of response and justification regarding both non-conformity reports and anomalies found during the advance; - Relations with Herrenknecht’s specialists on jobsite in order to communicate and then solve any problems or anomalies found in the EPB machine; - Daily control of the advance in the pilot cabin and of all repairs, maintenance (hydraulical, mechanical, electrical, etc.) and planned work (extent of ventilation, piping, cables of medium voltage, etc.) performed by the workers on the TBM ; - Supervision of maintenance / overhaul of the cutting wheel and of all operation regarding tools positioning (disks, rippers and scrapers); - Driving of the Herrenknecht EPB TBM S-574 "Martina";
