I drive the Nespresso's business results and brand image by shaping and implementing the commercial strategy and ensuring the Nespresso omnichannel consumer experience across all B2C consumer touchpoints, including Boutiques, Trade, E-business. I lead, motivate and develop the team (over 350 colleagues) to achieve our ambitious long term targets in a sustainable way. I´m responsible for the Nespresso´s business results in all Nespresso Sales Channels: • Direct channels: 26 Boutiques and eCommerce • Indirect channels: Trade Partners (offline and online) I manage the B2C Commercial P&L and I´m responsible for CAPEX investments as well. I´m part of Nespresso Germany Management Team, together we drive the overall organization’s business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organization in a sustainable way.
