Head of Business Operations at Zapier

About

I'm a strategic operator and business leader with deep experience in pricing and packaging, cross-functional execution, and organizational transformation. At Zapier, I lead two teams that help turn company priorities into action. As part of Business Operations, I head a team of talented generalists who define, deliver, and scale critical initiatives across the company. We support company-wide planning and partner closely with leaders across Build, GTM, and Operations to move the most important work forward. In parallel, I head Zapier’s Pricing & Packaging function, leading efforts to expand usage-based billing, monetize new products, and craft strategies that support our enterprise and multi-product growth. Before Zapier, I spent 15 years at Accenture advising Fortune 50 clients on technology strategy and transformation. That experience gave me a strong foundation in solving messy, high-stakes problems and building trust in fast-moving, complex environments. I’m at my best when navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams focus on what matters most. I care deeply about building healthy teams, making clear decisions, and delivering work that moves the business forward.
