Lead the performance and drive performance improvements in Fuels Operations in terms of fuel volume and achieved margin, accountable cost control and working capital, operational HSSE and people metrics within the respective channels of trade. Manage and develop skills of Retail (Dealer) Territory Managers in order to safely and professionally maximize returns from the Fuels Dealer business; direct the team to negotiate, renew and acquire dealer contracts in line with delivery of strategy and plan. Ongoing monitoring and review of profitability, identification of issues and taking appropriate actions to drive safety & financial performance (incl. partner performance); exploration of new opportunities for margin capture. Ensure the implementation and representation of the BP brand in accordance with BP brand standards Ensure compliance with HSSE standards to protect BP’s reputation; support and drive the continuous development of HSSE attitudes and behaviours across the DO business Work with the Operations leadership team and functional support units to ensure strategy delivery and performance through operational excellence; ensure all agreed work programmes and marketing initiatives are implemented effectively and in a professional way Work with the Assets team regarding BP network structure & development in the country and initiation of corrective actions (e.g. COT changes; Do acquisitions). Support Assets team in the identifications and conversion of prospects NTIs and CTOs to deliver growth agenda. Jointly with the Pricing team implement the fuels pricing strategy and tactics across the network. Overall responsibility for maintaining successful and productive relationships with key Dealers and Dealer groups; attend Dealer forums or meetings as required to support territory managers. Ensure HR processes and tools are rigorously followed (e.g. objectives, appraisals, upward feedback, etc). Responsible for salary reviews, yearly performance reviews, lay-offs.
Manage a team of 30-35 sites to deliver outstanding performance against HSSE, Customer, Financial and People measures Develop frontline teams through Employee Lifecycle with a focus on retention, reward & recognition, training & development of capabilities. Coach, develop and motivate the site management / partners. Ensure that sites are operated in line with the bp and strategic partner operational guidelines and work with the Offer Management team to identify opportunities for business development. Maximize sites profitability and financial performance of Region through: maximizing sales, franchise fee, waste management, costs control and optimization and profitable exploitation of the Retail Assets. Lead and drive performance improvements in the region in terms of store sales and gross margin, fuel volume and margin, accountable cost control, operational HSSE, and people metrics. Consistent delivery of superior customer service, implementing bp standards relating to HSSE and bp brand as well as sites profitability are the key performance measures for this position. Establish a culture of operational excellence across all stores to ensure full compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures, and to deliver and maintain consistent operating and merchandising standards. Align with business changes and in particular with the implementation of strategic projects that impact on day to day operations such that they are provided with the appropriate priority within the region.

• Elaboración y actualización de la lista de precios para España y Portugal, desarrollando informes de ventas. • Análisis de promociones, elaboración de comunicados y asistencia al canal sobre consultas internas delproducto.
