Industrial Technology Engineer with 30 years of experience across the petrochemical, refining, life sciences, and power generation sectors, delivering complex projects across Europe and internationally. I joined Foster Wheeler in 1997 and have progressed through senior leadership roles spanning project engineering, engineering and construction management, project management, and general management. I currently serve as Senior Vice President – Mainland Europe for UK and Europe Region, with full operational and P&L accountability for Wood’s Mainland European business, In addition to the above role I'm also covering the position of Managing Director of Wood Italiana Srl. My experience covers the entire project lifecycle, from FEED through EPC, EPCm, and PMC, across LSTK, reimbursable, and lump‑sum service contracts, supported by extensive site‑based involvement during engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup phases. I have led international operations, including appointment as General Manager of SOCAR–Foster Wheeler Engineering LLC in Baku and service as Director of Construction for Southern Europe, overseeing multiple major sites. I have worked with leading global clients such as ExxonMobil, Shell, OMV/Petrom, TotalEnergies, SABIC, TEVA, and SOCAR, with a consistent focus on safety, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
As Senior Project manager I was responsible to manage all the project activities such as design, procurement, subcontracting, erection works, etc., to ensure a smooth executed in accordance with quality and contract requirements and completed on time and within the budget.
