Since I was young, I've always been passionate about cars and technology in various fields, and in particular its use to improve daily life and habits. With the advent of digitalization and social networks, I decided to undertake a bachelor's degree course that will prepare me for future economic scenarios. With the high school program, I've acquired skills in accounting and marketing, as well as commercial and administrative bases, also thanks to various internships and activities. These experiences gave me the opportunity to develop project management and teamwork skills, communication and problem solving.
For the last 6 months of the program I was located in GroupIT, the agile Business-IT unit of Porsche Holding Salzburg’s wholesale division, responsible for developing, rolling out, and supporting innovative software solutions for current and future mobility. It acts as a central interface for business process implementation across about 20 international markets. As part of Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH & Co KG, it contributes to digitalizing sales, aftersales, retail, and wholesale operations. My responsibilities: - Support in developing, structuring and populating a new e-learning platform for our SalesWorkplace users - Planning and organizing a CoCreation Workshop with international colleagues from PHS Markets - Support in the activation of Lead Management in our SalesWorkplace, planning of kick-off's to introduce the new feature to the countries - Support in the organization of a retrospective meeting on the outcome of the integration of the 2 new PHS Markets, ITA and SE
Gen.Next Board is an internal project of Volkswagen Group's young talents which aim is to: - leverage insights of the young generations for strategic decisions - exchanging ideas with diverse group of young non-executive employees - direct exchange with top management What makes this project special? The project embraces perspectives and ideas without limitations. It contributes a unique and diverse perspective that is currently underrepresented, leveraging the insights of the young target groups who are the buyers of the future. The International Management Trainee Program consists in an 18 month period, where you rotate 3 different business areas within Porsche Holding to deepen skills and knowledge in the various areas of the company, with also the opportunity to work abroad or rather with an international focus for some time. The IT & Digitalization Program focuses on a wide variety of (inter)national IT & digitalization projects, and the main activities are: - develop innovative concepts - support the roll-out of new IT systems - contribute to the further development of IT systems and processes
For the second 6 months of the program I was located at Porsche Informatik, an IT company under Porsche Holding Salzburg, specializing in digital solutions for the automotive industry. It develops systems for vehicle import, sales, service, and customer management. Serving Volkswagen Group brands, it operates across 29 countries. My responsibilities: - Support in managing the organization of Workshops - Project Monitoring in Jira/Confluence - Performing regression tests on the main programs
For the first 6 months of the program I was located at MOON POWER, an innovative subsidiary of Porsche Holding that develops intelligent and data-driven energy solutions for companies. In addition to selling charging stations, photovoltaic systems and battery storage systems, MOON is the central point of contact in 18 countries as a project manager for the implementation of your holistic energy concepts.
